Hello! I’m Jeffrey Wood, a dedicated professional in the fields of Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, and Inner Work facilitation. My journey began in 1980 when I first became certified as a Hypnotherapist under the guidance of Charles Tebbetts. Over the years, I further honed my skills under the mentorship of Gil Boyne and became re-certified in 2003 at the Body Mind Academy in Settle, Washington.
In addition to Hypnotherapy, I hold a Certification as an Alcohol-Chemical Dependency Counselor from Edmonds Community College (1996) and a Life Coach certification from Seattle Life Coach Training (2016). Since 1998, I’ve been deeply involved in Jungian-based Inner Work facilitation, guiding individuals on their journey towards Self-Discovery and healing.

My Passion

My passion for hypnotherapy, life coaching, and inner work facilitation is deeply rooted in my own journey of healing and self-discovery. Having navigated childhood trauma, depression, and periods of severe confusion, I understand the profound impact of healing at the deepest levels of the subconscious. My work is driven by a deep compassion for others, rooted in my own experiences and the understanding that the subconscious mind profoundly shapes our behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. It is at this level that true transformation and healing occur, and it is my privilege to guide others through this profound inner work. My passion is driven by a genuine desire to help others find Clarity, Peace, and Empowerment, guiding them toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My Goals

My overarching goal is to foster healing and growth not just within individuals, but across humanity as a whole. I am committed to helping people achieve greater emotional maturity and intelligence, nurturing mental health, and promoting a deeper understanding of the self and the collective. Through my work, I strive to positively impact individual consciousness and, in turn, contribute to a more aware, compassionate, and mentally healthy society. Ultimately, my goal is to create a ripple effect of healing and growth that transcends individual boundaries and uplifts the collective human experience.
